Vendor services and verifications can be ordered electronically directly through Encompass. The Fairway Internet Mortgage Center’s custom documents and document tracking allow processors to request needed documentation directly from the borrower and/or loan officer and includes a fax cover sheet so that the documents can be faxed directly to the loan file. The eFolder allows processors to quickly and reliably manage documentation as it is received Through the conversation log, processors can keep a detailed record of whom they spoke with when. Lastly, loan packages can be submitted directly to underwriters through a secure internet site.
