By submitting a loan application or a request to be pre-qualified to us, you authorize us to access your personal credit profile. We may supply the information provided by you and your consumer credit report, on a confidential basis, to third parties, such as wholesale lenders and title companies, as it pertains to the qualifying, processing, and closing of your loan. Except when required or authorized by applicable state or federal law, including but not limited to 16 CFR 313.14 and 313.15, we will not otherwise use or disclose your confidential information. In particular, your personally identifiable information will not be provided to advertising companies or distribution lists unless otherwise requested by you.
