How does it work?
As you enter in the information for each transaction, the Fairway Internet Mortgage Center automatically generates document sets with conditions necessary to close the transaction based on the information you entered. In addition to communicating these conditions to you, customized documents are automatically generated to inform your clients of the documentation they need to provide. The Center allows you to communicate with them by mail, fax or electronically and automatically provides a cover sheet with a barcode for their completed documentation so that the Center knows exactly to which file to attach the documents.
